Dr. Mitch Matthews
Dr. Mitch is originally from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Growing up, he was highly active and participated in sports year-round. Because of this, his mother began taking him to a chiropractor at a young age, and he quickly noticed the benefits of regular care. As he continued through competitive sports—especially football in college—Dr. Mitch experienced firsthand how chiropractic care helped him recover faster, move better, and feel stronger than many of his teammates. These experiences sparked his decision to pursue chiropractic as a career.
Dr. Mitch attended the University of Windsor, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2013. Later that year, he moved to Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he met Dr. Alyssa. After marrying in 2016 and graduating in 2017, they returned to Wisconsin, where they now live with their son and dog.
Dr. Mitch specializes in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care and has a strong passion for helping families thrive. He also excels in enhancing athletic performance and supporting injury recovery, helping athletes of all levels stay active, resilient, and at their best.
Dr. Alyssa Matthews
Dr. Alyssa grew up in Erin, Wisconsin, where her journey with chiropractic care began at a young age. Because her parents regularly saw a chiropractor, she also benefited from consistent wellness care throughout childhood—supporting her growth, development, and overall health. As an active teenager involved in sports, chiropractic care played an important role in her recovery from injuries, helping her stay active and perform at her best. These early experiences inspired Dr. Alyssa to pursue a career in chiropractic care while still in high school.
After graduating from high school, Dr. Alyssa attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she competed on the rowing team. In 2010, she and her team earned the title of Big Ten Champions. Throughout her collegiate career, she continued to receive regular chiropractic care, reinforcing her belief in its benefits. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
Later that year, Dr. Alyssa began her chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. It was there that she met Dr. Mitch. After graduating in 2017, they returned to Wisconsin to begin serving their community.
